WBS and Cost Estimation

 

• Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)

• For cost estimation, the work breakdown structure WBS is established. It is a deliverable oriented decomposition of a project into smaller components (Wikipedia, 2014). The construction process was divided into the 10 divisions as shown in the following figure. Overall project estimation is completed using single unit estimation technique. • Overall Building Cost Estimation

• The calculated overall project cost based on Unit of Measurement including ‘Function-of-Use’ units is indicated in table 4.11 below. It shows costs of clinic in the market per square meter
